Es la Nueva Pol\u00edtica. Democracia Liberal Medi\u00e1tica. \u00bfVotamos por personas o por ideas?<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">En este trabajo hablamos de la construcci\u00f3n medi\u00e1tica del relato pol\u00edtico. De la farsa y el enga\u00f1o. De los manifestantes utilizados como carne de ca\u00f1\u00f3n por los beneficiarios del fraudulento relato de un sistema que solo permite su sustituci\u00f3n por el mismo sistema, basado en la explotaci\u00f3n del hombre por el hombre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Previniendo el estallido de grandes protestas sociales, dirigidas contra los responsables de la gran crisis del Capitalismo Financiero que ha hecho saltar por los aires la cl\u00e1usula de Estado Social, y amenaza gravemente con hacer volar tambi\u00e9n la cl\u00e1usula de Estado Democr\u00e1tico y de Derecho (Art\u00edculo 1 de la Constituci\u00f3n), ampar\u00e1ndose en el monopolio informativo que detentan, que es de car\u00e1cter Global, nos intentan convencer de que es posible un Capitalismo de izquierdas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Han promovido hasta la n\u00e1usea unos \u201cMovimientos Sociales\u201d falsos, generosamente financiados por el mismo sistema al que dicen oponerse, mediante subvenciones p\u00fablicas y privadas; pero sobre todo, mediante la perversi\u00f3n de nuestro Derecho Fundamental a las Libertades de Expresi\u00f3n (solo pueden acceder al gran p\u00fablico, construyendo liderazgos, las opiniones de sus \u201cpupilos\u201d) y a recibir Informaci\u00f3n Veraz, que convierten en impune manipulaci\u00f3n informativa a favor de \u201csus\u201d candidatos, cuyo liderazgo imponen por esta v\u00eda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Todos los medios de manipulaci\u00f3n masiva del sistema han situado a \u201csus\u201d candidatos al frente de la contestaci\u00f3n social que se opone a los Poderes Globales Privados que nos gobiernan en la sombra; para desintegrar nuestras leg\u00edtimas aspiraciones de libertad. Desde los medios \u2013de los que son propietarios- que dicen dar voz a la derecha, los sit\u00faan como los antagonistas \u2013\u00fanicos- de las pol\u00edticas Neoliberales, dise\u00f1ando junto a los medios que se dicen de izquierdas \u2013de los que tambi\u00e9n son due\u00f1os-, en los que Podemos es el eje de todas sus manipulaciones informativas, un fraudulento y falsario escenario en el que la oposici\u00f3n al Neoliberalismo est\u00e1 encarnada por \u2026 otros neoliberales. Alarma el silencio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Como acertadamente apostillaba una comentarista a un art\u00edculo de un destacado l\u00edder de la que denominan \u201cNueva Pol\u00edtica\u201d, \u00ab<i>La culpa de todos nuestros males no la tiene la desigualdad econ\u00f3mica ni la falta de libertad y de justicia, la tiene el \u00abheteropatriarcado\u00bb \u00bfno, payaso?<\/i>\u00ab.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Esta es la clave: las reivindicaciones sociales promovidas por sus estrellas medi\u00e1ticas, que pretenden ser pol\u00edticas (en afortunada expresi\u00f3n de la Soci\u00f3loga do\u00f1a \u00c1ngeles D\u00edez), en nombre de la \u201cNueva Pol\u00edtica\u201d (significante vac\u00edo), convertidas fraudulentamente por los Medios en \u00abOpini\u00f3n P\u00fablica\u00bb, no representan avances de la Libertad, sino nuevas cadenas que la atenazan todav\u00eda m\u00e1s. Son incluso beneficiosas para el sistema Ultraliberal que destruye nuestras vidas y el futuro de nuestros hijos. Para imponer este falso relato, el sistema precisa controlar los \u00abMovimientos Sociales\u00bb. Y lo hace implantando a sus l\u00edderes. Para ello, ha de opacar por completo la misma existencia de cualquier otra alternativa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Denunciamos aqu\u00ed la imprescindible colaboraci\u00f3n de los lideres medi\u00e1ticos, aupados por los Medios de Manipulaci\u00f3n Informativa, a la direcci\u00f3n de las protestas sociales. Disidencia controlada (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.globalresearch.ca\/fabricando-disidencia-globalistas-y-elites-controlan-movimientos-populares\/21206\">http:\/\/www.globalresearch.ca\/fabricando-disidencia-globalistas-y-elites-controlan-movimientos-populares\/21206<\/a>). Estos perversos y falsos liderazgos, en realidad meras construcciones medi\u00e1ticas, se aprovechan de nuestro dolor para imponerse a nuestras demandas de justicia social. Aupados sobre nuestro sufrimiento, nos utilizan para imponernos condiciones de vida todav\u00eda m\u00e1s duras, en un proceso\/bucle de duraci\u00f3n infinita. Son nuestros liderazgos quienes enmascaran a nuestros verdugos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Desde el poder en la sombra, desde el Poder Financiero Global, se pone en circulaci\u00f3n un nuevo Mercado: El Mercado cuyos productos se podr\u00edan denominar \u201ccondiciones de libertad\u201d; de servidumbre en realidad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">En este Nuevo Mercado, que es el verdadero significado de la expresi\u00f3n \u201cNueva Pol\u00edtica\u201d, los \u00fanicos ofertantes han de ser los \u201cproductores oficiales de condiciones de libertad\u201d. El propio Sistema organiza a sus opositores. Quienes desde el altruismo y la empat\u00eda, producen verdaderas \u201cCondiciones de Libertad\u201d han de ser silenciados y expulsados del Mercado. Porque el verdadero producto que se ofrece y demanda en este fraude es la creaci\u00f3n de opini\u00f3n p\u00fablica. O lo que es lo mismo, el Control Social. Se instaura el m\u00e1s all\u00e1 al Neoliberalismo; el Ultraliberalismo, con sus guerras por la paz y la divisi\u00f3n y compartimentaci\u00f3n de las poblaciones de este mundo, que quieren convertir en su granja global.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">La potencia preventiva y reparadora del conflicto social, propia de los Derechos Humanos, ha de ser desactivada. Negando los Derechos Humanos a los que consideran \u00abenemigos del Sistema\u00bb. Es lo que se ha venido a denominar \u00ab<i>Derecho Penal del Enemigo<\/i>\u00ab. Ciudadanos que ejercitan l\u00edcitamente sus Derechos Humanos como enemigos del sistema. Con la impasibilidad de los falsos l\u00edderes que nos han impuesto por medio de la Uniformidad informativa falsaria de las informaciones que recibimos de los grupos financieros globales, por medio de SUS Medios de Comunicaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Lo que Santiago Pedraz, Juez de la Audiencia Nacional, describi\u00f3 como \u00ab<i>convenida decadencia de la clase pol\u00edtica<\/i>\u00ab, ha de ser completado con la referencia al tambi\u00e9n decadente Poder Judicial, gravemente afectado por el Corporativismo y la Politizaci\u00f3n. Y, sobre todo, con la monol\u00edtica Corrupci\u00f3n Informativa, que posibilita la obtenci\u00f3n de nuestro consentimiento, de nuestra aceptaci\u00f3n t\u00e1cita de todo cuanto, fraudulentamente, se nos presenta como Opini\u00f3n P\u00fablica, fruto de la pasividad que surge de la impotencia, de la imposibilidad del ejercicio efectivo de las Libertades de Expresi\u00f3n e Informaci\u00f3n por parte de la inmensa mayor\u00eda de nosotros, que sinceramente nos oponemos a la continuaci\u00f3n del expolio de nuestros Derechos Humanos. La \u201copini\u00f3n p\u00fablica\u201d reducida a \u201cOpini\u00f3n Publicada\u201d. Que se define por enfrentarnos a los unos con los otros; enfrentando minor\u00edas se imposibilita la posibilidad de una mayor\u00eda capaz de poner fin a tanta miseria y corrupci\u00f3n. Discutimos airadamente\u00a0 sobre los medios, sin conocer los fines.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Cuando a la corrupci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica y a la corrupci\u00f3n judicial a\u00f1adimos la Corrupci\u00f3n Informativa, empezamos a vislumbrar la realidad de un Sistema extremadamente perverso que se retroalimenta de las diferentes corrupciones existentes en su seno. La corrupci\u00f3n es un organismo vivo, una suerte de Hidra con muchas cabezas; cada una ampara el desarrollo de las dem\u00e1s. No nos ayudar\u00e1n a superar este bucle paralizante los nuevos liderazgos artificiales, construidos por las mentiras oficiales travestidas de informaci\u00f3n veraz, amparados por la injusticia, la impunidad de estas perversas categor\u00edas de delincuentes y la criminalizaci\u00f3n del ejercicio de los Derechos Humanos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Este trabajo versa, en \u00faltimo t\u00e9rmino, sobre nuestro futuro. Que se est\u00e1 construyendo en estos mismos momentos como negaci\u00f3n de los Derechos Humanos. En este caso, de los Derechos de Reuni\u00f3n y Manifestaci\u00f3n, de las Libertades de Expresi\u00f3n y de Informaci\u00f3n, de la Libertad y de la misma integridad f\u00edsica, y todo ello mediante la vulneraci\u00f3n del Derecho al Juicio Justo y la Presunci\u00f3n de Inocencia, que se ven afectados, en el caso analizado a continuaci\u00f3n, por\u00a0 la ausencia de defensa material en el seno del proceso judicial entablado contra un ciudadano que se concept\u00faa como \u201cEnemigo\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-169 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/ausaj.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/FRANCISCO_MOLERO.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"332\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">La condena de Fran Molero, objeto inmediato de este trabajo, se ha producido vulnerando su Derecho Fundamental al JUICIO JUSTO; y por tanto la Presunci\u00f3n de Inocencia. En su Juicio s\u00f3lo hubo espacio para las pruebas de la acusaci\u00f3n, si\u00e9ndole negado su Derecho de Defensa. El objetivo no es otro que DESINCENTIVAR LA EXPRESI\u00d3N DE LA DISCREPANCIA POL\u00cdTICA.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">En la necesaria defensa de los Derechos Humanos, no nos han de importar \u201cnuestros\u201d Derechos, sino \u201clos\u201d Derechos.
